Yves Bacon And Just Egg Sandwich

A breakfast, lunch or dinner sandwich that aims to please with comfort and pizazz!

Makes 1 or as many as you want

vegetable oil

1/4 c. JUST EGG (fully shaken before pour)

salt and pepper

YVES Vegan Bacon

head/iceberg lettuce

fresh sliced tomato

vegan mayo


toasted burger bun – I used whole wheat BROWNBERRY brand

1- Flat-scramble JUST EGG in oiled nonstick skillet over medium heat, like an omelet. Flip and cook other side thoroughly. Salt and pepper. Slip from pan onto plate.

2- In the same skillet, cook two slices vegan bacon. Remove quickly to keep from overcooking.

3– Toast bun. Spread one half with mayo and the other half with ketchup.

4- Top ketchup side with egg and bacon, then mayo side with lettuce and tomato and fresh grind black pepper.

5– Close and serve.
