DELIGHT SOY CHICKEN WALNUT SALAD Soy chicken nuggets shredded and combined with crushed walnuts, celery and onion. Dressed with vegan mayo or Vegenaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Simple yet tasty. Better than live chickens by a long shot! Give it a try with or without the bread!! Makes 7 cups
