AFC Veg Blood Burger
Homemade. Has the metallic taste of blood, whether served rare or well done. Textures like a cow burger.
Form a meatball, press into a patty and fry in oil.
Make a pattie and fry it fresh, or bake patties and meatballs, refrigerate, then use as needed.
Fried fresh makes a medium rare burger. Baked, refrigerated then quick pan-fried makes medium well to well done.
